JUST FIT BOOT CAMP is a month long, high intensity, whole body workout that combines calisthenics (exercises that use body weight for resistance) and plyometrics(high-intensity, explosive exercises) helping you to lose weight and gain muscle. This class is perfect intermediate and advanced fitness levels looking to change up their routine.
All you need to bring is a towel, water, and a little motivation!
